Terms & Conditions
As a Member or Patron you are entitled to the benefits listed on the website. These benefits are subject to availability. Pitlochry Festival Theatre reserves the right to make changes to the membership benefits at any time but Patrons and Members will be notified in advance by writing.
Priority booking opportunities made available as part of a membership will apply to events selected by Pitlochry Festival Theatre.
The number of tickets available for Patrons and Members at priority booking for productions and festivals are capped.
Demand during priority booking may at times outweigh the number of tickets available. Although Membership guarantees access to priority booking, it does not guarantee access to tickets. Further tickets will be made available during the general sale.
In the event of late release ticket opportunities becoming available, Pitlochry Festival Theatre, may offer these first to Patrons and Members. But this does not guarantee tickets.
Standard Patron and Member discounts will apply to Pitlochry Festival Theatre productions that are part of the main Season of work. Discounts may also be offered on other events and shows, such as festivals programmed by the Theatre. Season Passes offering enhanced discounts for membership may also be available, and if a Season Pass discount is greater than the standard membership discount it will be overridden at the point of checkout to ensure that the best value is offered to our membership.
Additional Patron and Member-only events may be offered. These events may include an additional charge to cover the costs of delivery, and to ensure the cost of events does not negate your donation made to our charity.
Membership is non-transferable, and we may ask for valid ID to ensure correct use of Membership cards are presented.
All Member and Patron levels include a donation amount, and benefit amount. The benefit and donation split are stated as part of the online check-out journey. Any amounts given over and above the benefits value are given freely as a donation. The donation amount is eligible for Gift Aid, and can be included in self-assessment tax returns. All donations are non-refundable. To purchase benefits separately please contact us on membership@pitlochryfestivaltheatre.com
You have the right to cancel a membership within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the benefit value (donations are non-refundable). To cancel your membership during this period, you must contact us at membership@pitlochryfestivaltheatre.com with a cancellation notice. Following receipt of your cancellation notice, Pitlochry Festival Theatre shall be entitled to cancel any tickets and/or event bookings purchased under the membership during this cancellation period, and in such case shall provide you with a credit for the cost of such purchase deducting any applicable administration fee.
We make every effort to ensure early notification of events, and priority booking ahead of the public for Patrons and Members for all Pitlochry Festival Theatre productions. There may however be some instances where a variation in the timeframe for the priority booking period occurs.
