As we look ahead to 2026 and Alan Cumming’s inaugural season as Artistic Director, we’re looking for an experienced, visionary Head of Engagement to lead our public-facing work and connect our theatre with audiences in exciting, meaningful ways.

From festivals and visiting productions to creative learning and community projects, this senior role is central to delivering inspiring programmes across our indoor and outdoor spaces.
