Pitlochry Festival Theatre is looking for an exceptional producing leader to join our team as Head of Producing. As we expand our national profile and artistic reach, this is a rare opportunity to shape a dynamic slate of productions across our stages and beyond – from bold new writing and reimagined classics to musicals, festivals and touring projects.

You’ll oversee the producing process from first idea to final performance, working closely with the Artistic Director and Executive Director to realise outstanding, inclusive and impactful work. This is a senior leadership role for someone with a proven track record of shaping complex productions, collaborating with artists and technical teams, and delivering ambitious work on time and within budget.
