Leon Sinden Awards
And the award goes to…
The Leon Sinden Awards are given to two actors for ‘The Best Supporting Performance’ at Pitlochry Festival Theatre. According to Leon’s own rules each Award is for a specific supporting performance and is not for the body of work by a particular Actor over the summer season. Actors who have previously won the award twice aren’t eligible.
Leon Sinden created the Awards in 1995 marking 31 years since his first performance at Scotland’s Theatre in the Hills in 1965.

The Winners of the 29th Leon Sinden Awards, 2025
The 2025 Award winners were announced on the 27 September after the performance of Grease which was the last show of the summer season. The awards went to Alyson Orr and Chris Coxon. Alyson for her performance as Jean in Sunshine on Leith and Chris for his multi-role performance as Clown 1 in The 39 Steps.
