Community Stages: 75 Year Dream
Join us for a special performance featuring 75 members of our local communities
To celebrate our 75th anniversary, we’re inviting 75 people from local communities to take part in a special one-day performance inspired by our origin story.
When John Stewart left a message by the river promising he would return from the war to open a festival, he set in motion a bold act of imagination. This event honours that spirit of manifestation, celebrating how his vision came to life, and looking ahead to what our Theatre would become over the next 75 years.
Participants of all generations will spend the day creating original work in small groups with professional theatre-makers, culminating in an evening sharing for the public, directed by our Associate Director, Ben Occhipinti.
A celebration of where we began and a collective step towards what comes next.
