Join acclaimed Scottish chef, Pam Brunton, for a Literary Lunch as she discusses her new book, Between Two Waters, and the creative journey behind it. As the visionary force behind Inver, the award-winning restaurant on the shores of Loch Fyne, Pam is celebrated for her thoughtful, quietly radical approach to cooking and her deep connection to Scotland’s landscapes and food culture.

 

Menu:

Pan fried mackeral served caramalised radicchio , crushed butter bean topped with caper and parsley butter

Caramelized aubergine served with grilled tofu , blistered vine tomatoes and chimichurri sauce (vegan )

Selection of Scottish cheeses served with mango chutney and crackers (arran blue,arran brie, smoked cheddar)

Blood orange sorbet (vegan )
