As the visionary force behind Inver, the award-winning restaurant on the shores of Loch Fyne, Pam is celebrated for her thoughtful, quietly radical approach to cooking and her deep connection to Scotland’s landscapes and food culture.

Pan fried mackeral served caramalised radicchio , crushed butter bean topped with caper and parsley butter
