Join us for a hands-on afternoon as we use seed gathered from the Explorers Garden’s world-famous Himalayan Poppy. This workshop will cover topics of seed saving, sowing techniques, and caring for your seedlings. You’ll get to take away your sown seeds at the end of the session.
Whether you are a seasoned gardener or complete beginner, this workshop is a chance to learn how to pot and care for these beautiful blooms.

Timings: 3pm - 4.30pm (Please allow yourself 15 minutes to reach the Pavilion from the Explorers Garden entrance for a 3pm start)

Access: The garden is on a steep gradient, with the Pavilion at the heart of the Garden; please wear suitably comfortable shoes. If you have concerns about access, please don’t hesitate to ask.
