Join Jeannie Nairn of Woodlands Breathing, in our Explorers Garden, for our first Forest Bathing session of the year.

As the garden begins to awaken and stretch, and spring arrives why not take a morning to pause, and slow down? Join us to co-create a unique experience to support your wellbeing – each time it’s different and special.

We will conclude with some light refreshments and at the end of the session you are warmly invited to stay and enjoy the Garden.

Tickets: £30 – includes Explorers Garden Entry should you wish to stay after the session.
