Summer Forest Bathing

17 Jul 2026

Jeannie Nairn of Woodlands Breathing returns to the Explorers Garden for a Forest Bathing session right in the middle of summer.

Join us as the garden enters full bloom and explore all it has to offer your senses. We invite you to take a moment to pause, and co-create a unique experience to support your wellbeing – each time it’s different and special. We will conclude with some light refreshments and at the end of the session you are warmly invited to stay and enjoy the Garden for as long as you would like.

Welcome to summer. Welcome to your wellbeing in our Garden.

Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a popular Japanese wellbeing practice of relaxing under the canopy of trees.
