International best-selling author Coinneach MacLeod—better known as The Hebridean Baker—brings his trademark charm, humour, and storytelling to the stage.

With four chart-topping cookbooks and a BBC series, he has become one of Scotland’s most beloved cultural voices. In this special event, Coinneach will share his rarely told story of growing up gay on the Isle of Lewis and how that experience shaped his life, career, and writing. Blending laughter, candour, and a dash of island magic, this is more than food chat—it’s about identity, resilience, and joy.

Hosted by Tony Kearney — bi-lingual broadcaster, presenter, actor and award-winning director, this special event, Coinneach will share his rarely told story of growing up gay on the Isle of Lewis and how that experience shaped his life, career, and writing. Blending laughter, candour, and a dash of island magic, this is more than food chat—it’s about identity, resilience, and joy. A free G&T makes the event even sweeter. Ages 18+.
